Ingredients (Serves 4)
12-24 medium size shrimps
2 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 big onion
12 cherry tomato
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 teaspoon of curcuma
Spices mixture “Baharat”
Salt, pepper
1 cup of basmati rice
2 cups of water
1 bay leaf
Cook the rice with the bay leaf and salt while you grill the shrimps with sliced garlic and olive oil.
Slice the onions and grill them, add them to the shrimps, add the parsley, the coriander and the cherry tomato cut in halves. Finally add the curcuma and the spices mixture and let it cook for 1 minute
